Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Junior to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong desire to learn, and excellent communication skills. This entry-level role involves supporting sales efforts, engaging with clients, and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:

    • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
    • Support the team in managing and updating the sales pipeline and CRM system.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
    • Assist in addressing client inquiries and providing information about products/services.
    • Help in following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
  • Lead Generation:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
    • Assist in generating and qualifying leads through various channels and strategies.
    • Contribute to the development of strategies to attract and convert new clients.
  • Sales Performance:

    • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
    • Learn and apply sales techniques to improve personal and team performance.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
    • Prepare and organize sales documentation and reports.
    • Assist in coordinating sales events, meetings, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Enthusiastic and willing to learn about sales and customer relationship management.
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
