Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves leading sales efforts, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
    • Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients to expand the company’s client base.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Address client concerns and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Performance:

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
    • Use data and insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
  • Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
    • Stay informed about industry developments and changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and other business activities.
